Hey y’all, welcome back! Today I’m going to be sharing with y’all some of my favorite trends right now. Since being stuck at home, I’ve been spending a ridiculous amount of time on social media so I feel pretty aware of the current trends. Here are my favorites!
Tie-Dye
As a long-time summer camper, tie-dye will always have a special place in my heart. I have been loving this trend, especially all of the pastel tie-dyes. I am also loving that people are upcycling their clothes by tie-dying them right now. Upcycling is one way to be more sustainable with your fashion.
Ruffles

Ruffles are such a fun fashion detail! They are perfect for spring and summer pieces. I have been seeing a ton of adorable ruffled skirts lately, and I’m seriously obsessed!
Pastels
Pastels are a spring classic and I’ve been loving them lately. Pastel is perfect for clothes, accessories, and decor during the springtime. I’ve been particularly liking pastel pants because they are a very unique way to add a pop of color to an outfit.
Textured Textiles

Textured fabrics have been trendy since last summer, but I still love them! Swiss dot fabrics are so cute and girly! I have also been seeing more lace inspired fabrics lately with unique patterns. I love how a textured fabric can add dimension to an outfit.
Silk and Satin
I swear I’ve been seeing silky fabrics everywhere recently. I love how chic and simple they are! If my sorority were having a date party or formal this semester, I’d certainly be picking up a dress in silk or satin.
I hope y’all enjoyed these picks, I’ll definitely be picking up some of these trends in the coming months.
Love from Mill Valley,
Caroline
